Who can apply to work with EmpowerBridge?
Registered Nurses (RNs) with at least 1 year of experience in any specialty are welcome to apply. Whether you’ve worked in med-surg, ICU, ER, or step-down—we’d love to connect with you.
What credentials do I need to work contracts?
You must have:
An active RN license (Michigan or compact, depending on the job)
BLS certification (required for all)
ACLS, PALS, or NIHSS as needed for specific specialties
(We can help guide or reimburse for certain credentials!)
Do you offer local, per diem, or travel contracts?
Yes! We offer local, per diem, and travel RN opportunities based on your preferences and availability. You’re in control of how and where you work.
